If you are a sports lover and more precisely a "football/soccer fan" this visit is a must. Simply because the stadium became World-known on a hot summer day of 1998... The metal and glass structure, aside from being very impressive and imposing is reminiscnet, from afar, of a UFO that slowly lanced ovenight on that spot. Inside, its big retaining metalloops lookk like an immense crown, inside of which a fairy has dropped a perfect green lawn. Take a few seconds to sit on the bleachers, close your eyes, and concentrate for a moment, soon enough you will be hearing the cheering, the singing, the foot stamping of thousands of "aficionados" supporting their favorite team with their arms raised above their heads, following the rythm. After having gone around to see what this gentle "monster" hides inside its wngs, you will understand what extra comfort has been added, as much as for the public as for the players. This is a must in order to enjoy and appreciate this type of gathering, where "only the best one wins". |
